Screen Reader Navigation
This site has been optimized for use with the popular screenreaders WindowEyes and JAWS. Users can navigate the site using keyboard command by using the TAB key to jump to different category headings. Activating the link for each category heading will take the user to another screen displaying the specific topics for the selected category.
Visual Options
Using the options below, users may choose any combination of six background colors and six foreground colors. Both fields must be selected. In order to use this feature, users must have cookies enabled. The color preferences will remain in effect for one year or until the cookies are deleted by the user, or the restore defaults option is selected.
