Climatewire. Climatewire provides coverage of national and global climate issues. Areas of focus include U.S. state programs, U.S. federal legislation, the development of a post-Kyoto climate regime, Kyoto protocol implementation issues, natural resource effects from a changing climate and how corporations are adapting to a greenhouse gas constrained world. Other issues include: alternative energy finance, research and deployment; U.S. federal agency programs, and the science of climate change. International Law in Domestic Courts. International Law in Domestic Courts is a fully searchable, selective case reporting service that brings you the most important public international law issues being decided today in domestic courts around the world. Cases from sixty countries are covered, including detailed analysis of core legal issues and the most salient points of the case, together with historical and legal context. Translations of key passages of non-English judgments appear alongside the full text of the judgments in the original language. CCH Antitrust & Trade Integrated Library. The Law Library has licensed a new database, RIA Checkpoint Estate Planning Library . The Estate Planning library is an add-on to the RIA Checkpoint database; it includes newsletters; planning analysis, annotations and explanations; practice aids and special studies; indexes; journals and tax treaties.

The Law Library has licensed two new databases from HeinOnline, HeinOnline Foreign & International Law Resources Database and HeinOnline U.S. Congressional Documents Collection. HeinOnline Foreign & International Law Resources Database offers full-text access to international law publications, including prominent yearbooks from around the world and proceedings of the American Society of International Law. This resource also contains U.S. law digests on international law and judicial decisions of the Hague Permanent Court of International Justice (1973-date). HeinOnline U.S. Congressional Documents Collection offers full-text access to Journals of the Continental Congress (1774-1787), American State Papers (1789-1838), Annals of Congress (1789-1824), Register of Debates (1824-1837), Congressional Globe (1833-1873), and Congressional Record (including the Proceedings of the House, Proceedings of the Senate, Extensions of Remarks and the Daily Digest, 1873-date).
