Self-Archiving in Institutional Repository (DSpace)
The Law librarians will assist Law faculty with promoting readership for scholarly works through archiving in online repositories, including UNM's institutional repository, DSpace, as well as SSRN and the bepress Legal Repository. This includes assistance with securing permission to digitize copyrighted material, if that is necessary, by contacting publishers to request permission to self-archive. The library can also provide assistance with the online submission process. These repositories can be used for works in progress as well as published scholarship.
