Document Delivery
Document delivery services are available to New Mexico Bar members and out-of-state practitioners. The Law Library will fax, email, or mail to law firms and other legal practitioners articles or other documents that are available in our collection. Requests must include an exact citation to the desired materials. For more efficient service, please check the Library Catalog to verify whether or not the material is available at the Law Library. ILL
The Law Library will borrow material from other law libraries (ILL) for New Mexico Bar members. The Law Library does not charge a fee for this service, but the attorney will be responsible for any fees assessed by the lending library. This fee could be as high as $25.00. Payment by cash or check only will be due at the time the item is picked up from the Library. There is no way to know if there will be a fee before ordering the item.
