Administration
The Administrative staff assists the Director in providing oversight for all Library activities. They provide support for fiscal operations, coordinate personnel activities, and work with Facilities Management and vendors regarding Library building improvements or problems.
Archives
The Archives staff organize and provide access to various archival collections including those of Gov. and Mrs. Bruce King and the law school archives; work to preserve New Mexico pre-statement and primary legal material; and manage two oral history programs, one focusing on modern New Mexico political and public policy history and another on the history of the School of Law.
Electronic Services
The Electronic Services staff coordinates the Law School's institutional repository (DSpace) and other digital preservation initiatives, serves as Webmaster for the law school and law library web pages, and works with the Law School's Information Technology Department to ensure that the Library's research databases and other electronic resources are accessible.
Faculty & Public Services
The Faculty and Public Services staff provides circulation, interlibrary loan, and reserve services to Library patrons. They also maintain the library stacks.
Technical Services
The Technical Services staff primarily works behind the scenes to purchase, receive, catalog, file, process, and preserve materials for the collection.
