Computers & Technology
IT has provided a computer lab within the Library to support law students in and outside of the classroom.
Computer Lab
The Library Computer Lab is located upstairs from the reference desk in room 3313 and is accessible 24/7.
Accessibility: Students who need accessibility software should contact UNM School of Law Student Services and the UNM Accessibility Resource Center.
Support: Report problems in the computer lab as follows:
- PCs: Email the IT Helpdesk.
- Lexis printer: Email the Lexis student reps.
Printing
The following printers are available in the Library:
- For scanning, copying, and printing, a UNM WEPA Print Station is located across from the Library Desk.
- For unlimited free printing from your Lexis law school account, a Lexis printer is located in the Library Computer Lab.
Support: Report printing problems as follows:
- Account balances or logging in to the Lbrary's WEPA printer: LIBRARYIT@law-unm.libanswers.com
- Lexis printer: Email the Lexis student reps
- Other printing issues: Email the IT Helpdesk or contact WEPA support (https://support.wepanow.com or 1-800-675-7639).
Technology
The following technology is available in the Library:
- For scanning, copying, and printing, a UNM WEPA Print Station is located across from the Circulation Desk.
- A 50" monitor with instructions for connection to portable devices is available in the collaborative zone; cables and adapters may be checked out at the Circulation Desk
- Legacy AV: VCRs and DVD players with monitors are available in the study rooms and headphones and audiocassette players are available at the Circulation Desk so that media on older formats continue to be accessible.
- A microform reader-printer is located on the upper floor and can print both microfilm and microfiche. For assistance with the reader-printer, please ask at the Circulation Desk.
